• Passport valid for 6 months.

• Two picture (5*5) size.

• Travel Insurance.

• Return air tickets reservation.

• Accommodation reservation.

• FRC from nadra.

• Children B form.

• Employment letter.(stamped and signed from company).

• Last month salary slip (stamped and signed from company).

• Last three months account statement (stamped and signed from bank).

• Account maintenance certificate (stamped and signed from bank).

• Polio certificate.

• Passport copy and copy of all used pages.

• Cover letter to explain the reason of visit (optional but good to have).
