Review website traffic and check for any abnormalities. If using GA, make use of annotations.
Review keyword rankings with your tool of choice; preferably you're using more than one tool (software reccos: SEMrush and Moz Pro)
Make a list of all things you are planning on working on for the day and then organize from most important to least important (software recco: Trello)
Make note of what you accomplished and need to move to the the next day (software recco: Trello)
