Consult a 3rd year for whether the company has already been approached or not.

Draft an appropriate email, check it for grammatical errors.

Do a bit of research on various CSR/Entrepreneurial initiatives the company/firm has been taking.

Prepare a PPT of your finding clearly indicating the connect between E-cell's aim and the company's initiative.

Get the proposal approved by the same 3rd year you were earlier in contact with.

Send the email and CC it with ecelldtu@gmail.com. Take followup from the POC in that company after every 4th day.
