The Religion Checklist
If you honestly find this offensive, you're exactly the kind of person who needs to give up their religion, or at least reconsider.
If your religion has any of the following traits, then it has failed the test:
It allows or justifies murder of others for any reason, including killing others if they reject your religion.
It condones unequal treatment of men and women.
It condones slavery.
It condones child abuse or child marriage.
It encourages the forced conversion of others to your religion specifically through violence.
It treats any valid criticism of its God, prophets, holy figures or book as blasphemy and encourages the death or silencing of blasphemers.
It encourages censorship of criticism of the religion.
It punishes people for leaving the religion.
It condones child mutilation.
It encourages members of the religion to make it's teachings law for everyone.
It condemns people for things they cannot control, such as their sexuality.
It condemns people for questioning their beliefs.
This creates a private checklist in your account.
