Following things are required for individual/Family visa
Template
Passport valid for 6 months.
Two picture (5*5) size.
Travel Insurance.
Return air tickets reservation.
Accommodation reservation.
FRC from nadra.
Children B form.
Employment letter.(stamped and signed from company).
Last month salary slip (stamped and signed from company).
Last three months account statement (stamped and signed from bank).
Account maintenance certificate (stamped and signed from bank).
Polio certificate.
Passport copy and copy of all used pages.
Cover letter to explain the reason of visit (optional but good to have).
