The keyword phrase i chose is 110% relevant to my post. I'm not stretching to make it fit.

On-Page SEO

I've included my keyword in my post URL.

I've included my keyword in my title, but i didn't stop there. I've crafted and enticing, explanatory title that is 65 characters or less.

If my post needed subheadings, i included my keyword where relevant and the tags.

I used my keyword within my post, but i didn't stuff. My post has a keyword density of no more than 1-2%. I also used synonyms for my keyword where appropriate.

I named my images prior to uploading them and used my keyword.I filled out the Title and Alt Text descriptions when uploading as well.

I crafted a tempting, clickable meta description that included my keyword and is 155 characters or less.

Off-Page SEO

I linked to my new post within any older, related posts.

I've Pinned my post using my title or meta description which included my keywords.

I've shared my post on Google+, adding a unique, alluring description that included my keywords.

I've made sure i have functioning social sharing buttons available within my posts so that others may share my content easily.
