LA to San Francisco Road Trip

• Venice

• Stay a night or two in Venice Beach or Santa Monica

• Walk up and down Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice Beach abbotkinneyblvd.com

• Walk up Venice Beach to see Muscle Beach and the Basketball court

• Eat at Neighbor on Abbot Kinney

• Note: Michelle Obama just ate at Gjelina Restaurant on Abbot Kinne

• Santa Monica 

• Walk around Downtown Santa Monica (Touristy, but fun shops and restaurants) 

• Perhaps the walk up Santa Monica Pier. It\'s touristy, but its also the end of Route 66

• Eat at Sugarfish Santa Monica

• Malibu

• Checkout Nobu for a drink (dogs allowed on huge patio

• Eat at Mastros Ocean Club

• Pacific Palisades 

• Stop at a small cafe for lunch of breafast

• Keep it short. Not much to do.

• Look for Larry David

• Santa Baraba

• Walk around the pier

• MUST eat clam chowder at Brophy Bros

• Pismo Beach

• Walk the beach

• Eat at the Old West Cinnamon Rolls

• Drive Past Solar City

• Monterey, California

• Have coffee at Cafe cumiere

• See a movie at Osio Theater 

• Stay at Monterey PLaza

• Sea Harvest Restaurant and Fish Market 

• MUST do the 17 mile drive

• MUST visit Pebble Beach Golf Cours

• MUST visit Pebble Beach Golf Store

• MUST have a drink in the Pebble Beach Lobby

• Drive to San Fransisco

• Don\'t take the 101

• Drive over Mount Madonna

• MUST Stop at kirigincellars.com

• If you have time, check out the Red Wood forest. (This may take all day)

• Drive past Facebook, Google, Youtube

• Drive past Steve Jobs house

• San Fransico

• See the Painted Ladies

• Drive down Lombard Street

• Go to the Golden Gate Bridge

• Eat at John\'s Grill in San Fran

• Walk through Union Square 

• Drink some Blue Bottle Coffee
