Ready for Restaurant Work - 04/04/17

  • Stock the "To Go" area with:

  • Napkins

  • Containers/lids/straws

  • Plastic silverware

  • Menus

  • Condiment packets - ketchup, salt, pepper, etc

  • Station 3 - Tables

  • Take down chairs

  • Clean/wipe down tables

  • Clean/wipe chairs and booths

  • Chairs pushed under tables

  • Station 4 - Table Tops

  • Refill and place salt and pepper

  • Roll silverware

  • Place silverware on tables

  • Place napkins on tables

  • Fold additional napkins

  • Set up any centerpieces
