• Move out everything except tools, kids bikes, and select toys.

• Install outside light and switch.

• install overhead light and switch - $50

• Fix door casing for outside door. - $50

• add trim for house door

• remove rest of shitty drywall

• Patch holes in drywall - $20

• Paint - $50

• rebuild shelving

• Build additional Shelving - $75

• Move all stuff back in.

• Cancel Storage Unit
