Wedding Dress Measurements
Don't forget this list when you head to the tailor!

Full Breast - measure breast at the fullest point

Waist - measure around the waist at smallest point

Hips - measure around hips at the fullest points

Upper bust - measure above your breasts in the same manner as you measured across them

Under bust - measure under your breasts in the same manner as you measured over them

Length of shoulder to bust - measure from the top of your shoulder down to the bust point (or "apex")

Front length shoulder to waist - measure from where your shoulder meets your neck straight down over your bust to the true waistline

Outer leg length - measure from your true waist to the floor with your intended matched shoes on (This is to ensure the proper height for your wedding day.)

Full front length - measure form the hallow of your neck (where it meets the chest) to the floor, again with your intended matched shoes on (This is to ensure the proper height for your wedding day.

Across back - on your BACK, measure from the far edge of one shoulder socket (where you feel the shoulder bone protruding), straight across your chest to the same point on your other shoulder

Arms eye - get the size of your armhole by simply measuring that of a garment you are comfortable wearing (or has the desired fit). Circle the measure tape all of the way around

Sleeve length - Measure from the edge of your shoulder socket straight down to your wrist (through your elbow)

Bicep - measure around your arm a the fullest part of your upper arm

Upper arm length - measure from the edge of your arm socket straight down to the elbow joint
