• Create a party flow schedule

• Purchase more party supplies as needed

• Call families who have not yet responded to your invitation

• THREE DAYS BEFORE

• Purchase food

• Purchase batteries for camera

• Charge video camera

• Call entertainer to confirm appearance and expectations
