Complete your Health Profile. ***very important*** Your Health Profile must be filled out completely in order to schedule your lab appointment. You do not have to fill it out in one sitting. It is ok if you fill it in partially, log out and then login as needed to finish. Clicking "Test Results" is the way to view any outstanding action items in your Thorne account.

• A window will appear asking "Have you already purchased a test from Quest Direct?" Please click Yes, because we have already ordered the test for you.

• Next you will be able to select the Quest lab location that's best for you by entering your zip code.
