Move Out Checklist

• Dusting

• Check ceiling and corners for dust and cobwebs

• Dust high light fixtures, ceiling fans and walls

• Dust air vents

• Dust and remove stains from window sills

• Wipe windows clean of finger prints and smudges

• Sanitize touch points (door knobs, light switches, etc.)

• Dust doors, frame work and baseboards

• Wipe baseboards clean of stains

• Kitchen

• Dust above cabinets and refrigerator

• Dust air vents

• Dust high light fixtures and ceiling fans

• Wipe out inside of all cabinets and drawers

• Clean inside and outside of microwave

• Clean stovetop

• Clean and polish inside of the oven and oven drawer

• Clean Inside of the refrigerator

• Wipe down front faces of all appliances

• Dust window sills

• Wipe windows clean of finger prints and smudges

• Wipe front faces of cabinets and drawers

• Wipe countertops and remove stains

• Dust and wet wipe baseboards to remove stains

• Wipe off trash cans

• Bathrooms

• Check ceiling and corners for dust and spider webs

• Dust high light fixtures

• Remove dirt, soap scum and hair from showers/tubs. Dry Completely

• Clean mirrors

• Wipe all horizontal surfaces

• Clean and disinfect toilet and baseboards around the toilet

• Wipe vents and window sills

• Wipe windows clean of finger prints and smudges

• Clean and sanitize sinks

• Wipe out all draws and cabinets and wipe front faces
