Cresselia - Roaming Sinnoh after encountering on Full Moon Island. After obtaining the National Pokedex, go to the Sailor's House in Canalave City and talk about the sick son. Then, travel to Full Moon Island and interact with Cresselia. Grab the Lunar Wing and return to the Sailor's son, then encounter throughout Sinnoh.

Manaphy - Not currently obtainable via standard gameplay. It is possible, yet unlikely, to transfer a Manaphy Egg from Pokemon Ranger after finishing the post-game content. However, these games had one Manaphy Egg per cartridge and it is unlikely to find a cartridge that has not redeemed the egg.

Phione - Not currently obtainable through standard gameplay. Breed Manaphy with Ditto and hatch the resulting egg.

Oreburgh City - Trade a Machop to Hilary for an Abra, located in a large two-story house in the northwest. Nicknamed "Kazza."

Eterna City - Trade a Buizel to Norton for a Chatot, located in the Eterna Condominiums. Nicknamed "Charap" and has all five Contest conditions raised by 20 with a sheen of 0.

Snowpoint City - Trade a Medicham to Mindy for Haunter, located in the northwesternmost house. Holds an Everstone, preventing evolution to Gengar. Nicknamed "Gaspar."
