  • Positive neighborhood traits (Recreational areas, schools, public transportation, etc.)

  • Miscellaneous

  • Make sure all rooms of the house are accessible

  • Make sure the appraiser can get around the entire perimeter of the house

  • Contain dogs somewhere if they are aggressive
