Etna development tools install

• Create and parameter GitHub account

• Install Git for Windows

• Install VisualStudio Code

• Install Python 2.7

• Install Node.JS

• Install Visual C++ Build tool 

• Install Oracle instant client and redistribualble Microsoft Visual C++ 2013

• Setup npm to have an access to the private npm repository

• make sure you have access to the Nexus X3 repository

• clone the em-core repository

• npm i

• setup etna-config.yml

• npm run clean:install
