Takes part in deeper risk analysis, in architecture design and in the creation Of acceptance criteria for testing.

Developing The Product

Works with finishing and polishing the requirements;

Support the development process by clarifying requirements;

Gathering remaining user and Service Desk requirements.

Testing The Product

Assists QA(quaiity assurance) team with review test plans and scripts, sign-off of functional and non-functional test results:

Takes part in planning and conducting the user Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assess the results;

Plans further user trainings.

Deployment In The Market And Maintenance

Coordinates the processes of the production deployment and integration in customer\'s business environment;

Supports management;

Take part in pre-implementation readiness review and post- implementation review.
