  • Takes part in deeper risk analysis, in architecture design and in the creation Of acceptance criteria for testing.

  • Works with finishing and polishing the requirements;

  • Support the development process by clarifying requirements;

  • Gathering remaining user and Service Desk requirements.

  • Testing The Product

  • Assists QA(quaiity assurance) team with review test plans and scripts, sign-off of functional and non-functional test results:

  • Takes part in planning and conducting the user Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assess the results;

  • Plans further user trainings.

  • Deployment In The Market And Maintenance

  • Coordinates the processes of the production deployment and integration in customer\'s business environment;

  • Supports management;

  • Take part in pre-implementation readiness review and post- implementation review.
